Twins of Faith.

Last month, I went to Twins of Faith.It was kinda Islamic family festival and it was held at PICC.
Unfortunately, i couldn't attend any of the workshops/talks sbb i brought the children along.I thought I could go some of the workshops on Sunday(the event was held in 2 days, Saturday and Sunday) as I was planning to leave them at home tapi mcm kesian pula sbb they went on Saturday and really enjoyed the festival(they went to the kidszone and had loads of fun activity) plus Aspa was not around on Sunday sbb he went for his jungle trip again heh.So ahad tu pun dorang ikut and we spent all day at kidszone only heh.
Rasa agak rugi sbb tak dgr any of the talks...as we had to pay a registration fees but at the end, when I saw my children happy faces...it was priceless :).
After registered, I got gift pack as above.

They invited Mejar Dr Faiz as a guest speaker in one of the slots on Saturday.But his appearance only a few minutes je.Pastu abis heh.

siap ada inflated slides and activity area.Apa lagi seronok la aisy and alesya jumping around in the inflatable thingy.
yg bestnye kat sini dorang sediakan mcm2 aktiviti sbb they have so many volunteers.See in pics below?Ada akak2 yg melayan the children to do arts and things like that.Very2 interesting.They even make a small library(a shelf with rows of books) at 1 corner so that these children can enjoy reading them.

Face painting pun.Aisy fav activity :D.Bebudak yg dtg sume ckp english slang habis.Maybe ramai anak2 expat yg gi kot.For example like pic above.Ramai nampak cam anak2 arab.Anak2 org melayu pun ramai but everyone conversed in English and aisy was quite excited when she met with these children.Tapi dorang ckp siap ada slanga la heh.Kalau aisy tak faham apa dorang ckp, dia akan ckp "ha?apa awak ckp?"ahahah lawak je

lepas pi PICC tu we went for our late lunch and we had lunch at D arab cafe at Uniten food court.Very the delicious one!Above is the teh arab.Yummy!Boleh buat sendiri je ..kacang goreng :D

My dish, lamb aukdah.Terbaik!

Aisy ni susah nak minta makanan.But the above dish is her fav dish.I think kabshah with roasted chicken.Mmg best!

ok so on sunday we went back to PICC and we went to the kidszone again.And that day siap ada spiderman inflatable thingy.Makin byk pule that inflatable thingy on the second day :D

some of the art activities on Sunday.As you can see people with jubah and purple shawl?Yes they are the volunteers.Very the helpful one :).Ada 1 time tu aku pi toilet and aisy menangis sbb die cari aku tade, one of the volunteers actually called me and asked me where I was and told me that aisy was looking for me.For your info, before the children gets in the kidszone, the parent need to write the parents number and the child name on a maskin tape and tampal on the child's baju so that anything happens the volunteers can simply call the parents.A nice and practical idea :)

oh did i tell u that Aisy got on stage to answer some questions?Ala pasal Upin Ipin je eheheh.Beria2 angkat tangan so Upin pun pilih dia utk menjawab soalan yg diutarakan muehehhe.Lawak je.Siap dpt bookmark sbb dpt menjawab dgn betul :D

Henna art.Aisy ni sume benda dia nak buat.Tapi alesya tak suka benda2 mcm ni sgt hehe

movie time!They even have solat jamaah bila masuk waktu.Tapi i didn't get the pics.Aisy tanak solat sekali sbb dia tak bawa telekung.Walhal kids yg lain selamba je solat without telekong.Just for the sake of following je la...sbb they are still kids kan?:)

aisy flat dlm kete.Ni on the way balik.Siap tido ngan buku lagi.I bought it at the festival.Da last day, so they were selling at discounted price :)

oh yeh, i couldn't remember his name, but he did a story telling in one of the slots.It was fun :)

All in all, it was nice way spent on our weekend without Aspa :)
