Wedding Nabila at Johor and Malacca trip

on weekend 8/1/11 we went to JB for Nabila's wedding.Her husband reception.We stayed at Euro rich Hotel which is not that far from the dewan(where the reception was held).
It was kinda budget hotel.But it was clean.

Since it is a budget hotel, there's no mini fridge, no kettle(but there was a water dispenser outside at the hall for hot and cold water), no almari(only rod yg boleh sangkut hanger dan baju).

What I like about the room is the toilet.At first we thought it was almari. It turned out, it was the toilet.Look at the picture below.

bila buka pintu, tadaa..that's actually the toilet.And the toilet lawa gak le and it comes with the toiletries.(i.e sabun, syampoo, all the usual.There was also tooth brush!kalau aku tau, tade le penat2 aku nak bawa our own tooth brush.Dpt 3 tooth brush sbb we took family room)Though it is a budget hotel, tapi dpt flat screen TV.Hebat gak.Family room comes with 1 queen and a single bed.Amazingly, aisy nak tido kat single bed tu sorang2.Hehe..so ok la..nanti masuk umah baru, aisy da ready utk tido di katil sendiri di bilik sendiri ok :)


We arrived at JB around 5pm ish and the children were to tired.We were planning to makan ikan bakar at somewhre near danga bay, tapi by 8pm alesya sudah tido.So we didn't go anywhere except for Aspa. He hanged out with his friend sampai nak dekat kul 2 pagi gak le.

Then the next day we went to my parents hotel at Seri Malaysia.They checked in at Seri Malaysia Hotel sbb tak convince dgn hotel yg kami duduk hehe.Seri Malaysia JB lawa juga.With the kolam and fountain.

then right after the reception, we went to Malacca and checked in another budget hotel.Lupa la nama dia....sunflower something.Dekat juga dgn town.Tgk dlm website mcm ok.Rupa2nya mmg hotel yg kat shoplot tu.Tapi seriously it looks new and very2 clean.Except that we got a room betul2 depan jln besar.So mlm2 bising juge le dgr kenderaan lalu lalang.Other than that, I think everything about the room is ok.
Another budget hotel with a flat screen TV.Toshiba agi heh.But this hotel has almari and kettle.

Kalau sape2 backpacking, this hotel is really recommended.Rasa mcm hostel kami duduk masa pi Australia dulu.Very clean.But had to share bathroom le.

But here we chose a room with an attached toilet.Takkan le nak share bathroom dgn budak2 kici ni kan?hehe.
Tapi kalau yg shared bathroom tu..kalau duduk more than 2 days...i think it will only cost you RM38 je kot...murah big time!And yet the hotel is really clean.

disebabkan kami tak dpt makan ikan bakar ari kat JB, kami bersungguh2 cari ikan bakar kat melaka.Jadi kami pi kat Alai.Ingat nak pi umbai.Tapi nampak Alai dulu dan kami sesungguhnya lapar pada masa itu, kami pun makan je le kat alai.Mmg fantastic le the food!
Balik2 je aisy and alesya terus tido. Penat sgt le tu hehe

the next day kami pusing Melaka town. Our goal was to naik taming sari tower.Unfortunately, it was undermaintenance.So amik gambar je le :P

so kami jalan2 le kat area2 situ.Dekat dgn dataran pahlawan and some other places around there.

lepas penat berjalan, kami naik beca pule.RM20 per ride.So apa lagi semua le naik beca tu hehe.Nasib baik le pakcik yg bawa beca tu larat nak bawa kami berempat :D

depan kota a famosa.Bagus gak le pakcik bawa beca tu die cite psl all the historical facts dia.Tapi i didn't pay much attention sgt.Sibuk amik gambar je. hehe

Ini dekat ngan stadhurst kot.Dekat2 sini ada jual cendul sedap.

Jadi kami pun pi le boat ride.Cost us RM10 each.
And the ride was about 45 minutes.Tour sungai melaka.

Tade benda sgt and kinda boring.Ada le some of the buildings they painted with historic icon mcm hang tuah le dan mcm2 lagi(aku tak kenal sume hehe)

the most interesting thing yg kami jumpa sepanjang boat ride tu hehe.Nampak tak?

ini le yg aisy tgk hehe.Biawak.Tgk mereka beratur kat atas dahan tu.Lepas lunch kot.Apa yg dorang lunch pun kami tatau :D

we wanted to makan asam pedas, tapi aisy was so sick.Demam panas big time.
So kami pun terus balik je le.
Well perhaps next time le.

Anyway the trip was exciting and fun.The kids really enjoyed it though aisy was sick toward the end of the trip :(

byk lagi benda aku nak cite...i mean some other trip and event.
Nanti le if i have the time, I will update :)
