Finally we decided to purchase our very own house this year or early next year after merempat at my mom's and nenek's place for nearly 3 years.1st year of our marriage we rented an apartment in Puchong and just right after I delivered Aisy, my nenek invited us to stay with her to accompany her.So we thought it was a nice idea until we are able to purchase our own house.Heh were thinking of staying there not more than 2 years but due to our financial constraints, this year sudah nak masuk 4 tahun la!Haha, and I think my nenek already hinting for us to get our own house haha!
Anyhoo, not that we are financially able to buy a house now but we thought, bila lagi weh!Asyik merempat je.So we decided to look for a house that is near my mum’s house and would invite my nenek to stay with us pule so that she won't be alone again.

We have been looking for houses since early of the year.But we need to search slowly since our plan tersasar a bit since Aspa didn't get any increment and also bonus this year due to economic slowdown.Tu le da bape kali aku suh die cari keje lain..tapi degil juge.Isk.
Anyway, our first priority is actually to settle all the hutangs keliling pinggang so that we can have the extra to pay monthly for our house.
So now I need to settle only 1 hutang and we are set to go.
And then we need to seriously look for a house.

Our main objective is to get a house as close as we can to my mother house. Biasa le nak duk bawah ketiak mak kan?So it would be in Semenyih(best place since it will be the nearest) or Bangi.Kajang tanak sbb byk Cina hehe.Bukan racist, but tah le that is just our preferences.

We are not sure to buy a new house(still developing) or second hand house. There's no new development in Semenyih, so if we really wanna live in Semenyih, then we need to look for second hand house which is quite pricey with all the moving in cost incurs such as SNP, stamp duty and bla2.But houses in Semenyih is still affordable, but the disadvantage is it is very far from our workplace.

If we want to look at the houses in Bangi, at certain areas the price is still affordable though at some area the price is ridiculously expensive.We like Bangi because everything is there, I mean all the facilities we needed, the school, hospitals, financial institution, tempat makan, yes I mean everything and Bangi seems very peaceful.

The disadvantage is it will be quite far from my mom though it maybe takes only 20 minutes to travel by car.

Our budget is only RM250k plus minus and that inclusive of moving in cost. If it’s more than RM250k then we need to fork out somewhere.Perhaps from my mother kalau die nak bagi pinjam le.0 interest ma.

I learn a lot from friends and people around me.We decided to take TM loan though i am not quite sure for how long I will be working with TM. It’s cheaper actually to get outside loan, since majority of the financial institutions has reduced their interest rate, but I think we just stick to TM’s loan.

So here is the picture of what I wanna do if we have a house.So kalau nak rumah mcm ni I either have to buy a semiD house or Terrace house corner lot.Bungalow is out of question with our ciput budget.Tapi tu le mcm le with that budget we can get a SemiD or corner lot link house!!Tapi itu le Insyallah kalau ada rezeki ada la.God’s will.
