Finally, we signed our S&P last Satuday,15/8/09 depan Ms Lina Loh.
So we have another 58 days to pay up our balance of 1st of 10% which we will pay using our EPF.
Tapi kami belum sign any offer letter from the financier.
Agak bahaya le sbb sepatutnya sign S&P selepas dpt offer letter dari financier sbb dorang ada time utk financier pay up(though progressively because the property is under construction) from the day S&P is signed, else we, the purchaser kena penalty byr 10% p.a on daily basis!Gile gak le.BYK gak le 10% perannum tu.
So by this week aku kena confirm mana2 je finance yg ok(da tak boleh fussy sgt) else takut finance byr lambat to developer…mati gua.
