The next billing

Yesterday 22/11/2010, aspa called the developer to ask whether they have received the cheque for the 7^th progressive payment from our financier.
Because last week on 15/11, I saw in account statement that there was a debit(ke credit eh?) that shows that the bank has made payment to our developer.But since the payment was made via cheque, it will take sometime for the developer to get the cheque in their hands.
So when aspa asked,sam the developer said that they have received the cheque yesterday and she also said the 6^th and 8^th billing are also out.Dated 22/11/2010.

When aspa told me this, I was so excited as we are now close to the 9^th billing.
The developer said, once the 9^th billing is out, then only they can confirm when is the exact time the house can be completed and we can move in!

I have once mentioned before that the developer actually expected that the house can be completed earlier than what is stated in the S&P which was supposed to be in august 2011.
So since the 8^th billing is already out, and the 9^th billing will be anytime now, it seems maybe we can move in earlier perhaps early next year.

Tapi tah le…we were thinking of staying in Klang for another year as we were thinking of enrolling aisy to one of the tadikas in klang. We expected that we might be able to move to our house in march or april and hence, if aisy were to enroll tadika in semenyih by then, she will somehow ketinggalan in her class.
So we were thinking of staying another year or perhaps until the school ends(usually in November) and then only we move to semenyih.

Tapi tah le…we haven’t decided anything just yet.

Perhaps I need to do sembahyang istikharah so that He can show us the way.
